Parent & Family Weekend Registration

We can't wait to welcome you back to campus for Parent & Family Weekend, October 2–4, 2026!

To help us plan for meals, activities, and welcome materials, we ask that each guest group submit one registration. A guest group includes the family members, supporters, or loved ones who plan to attend the weekend together.

VIEW SCHEDULE

We know that every Eagle's support system looks different. Whether you're a parent, grandparent, sibling, guardian, partner, mentor, or another important person in a student's life, you are welcome at Parent & Family Weekend. Our goal is to celebrate the people who encourage and support our students throughout their Embry-Riddle journey.

If multiple guest groups plan to attend for the same student but will be participating separately (for example, attending different events or not spending the weekend together), we kindly ask that each guest group complete its own registration. This helps us prepare accurate attendance numbers and ensure everyone has the best possible experience.

Please note that welcome gifts and registration materials are provided once per student guest group, while supplies last.
